Upload Template

1. Original Work
You confirm that every template, design, or file you upload is your own original work, or that you hold full rights to upload and distribute it. You will not upload plagiarized, stolen, or copyrighted material belonging to others.

2. License to FreeCDR
By uploading, you grant FreeCDR a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your templates on the platform for users to view and download, in line with the pricing (free/paid) you set at upload.

3. Prohibited Content
You will not upload illegal, offensive, obscene, or misleading content, or anything that infringes on a third party's intellectual property or rights.

4. Review & Removal
All submissions are subject to admin review and may be approved, rejected, or removed at any time if found to violate these terms, without prior notice.

5. Designer Credit & Contact
Your name and (optionally) portfolio link and contact details may be shown publicly on product pages as the designer of a template. Customers may contact you directly through the platform's Contact Designer feature — you agree to communicate professionally.

6. Payments
Any payment, credit, or revenue-sharing terms for paid templates are governed separately and may be updated by FreeCDR from time to time.

7. Account Action
FreeCDR may suspend or terminate your designer account for repeated violations of these terms.

8. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Upload Portal after changes means you accept the revised terms.
