Upload Template

1. Original Work
You confirm that every template, design, or file you upload is your own original work, or that you hold full and valid rights to upload, host, and distribute it. You will not upload plagiarized, stolen, AI-generated-without-rights, or copyrighted material belonging to others, including but not limited to logos, fonts, stock photos, or brand assets you do not have a license to use.

2. Your Responsibility & Indemnity
You are solely and fully responsible for the content you upload. If any third party claims that your upload infringes their copyright, trademark, or other rights, you agree to bear full legal and financial responsibility for that claim, and to indemnify (compensate) FreeCDR for any loss, damage, fees, or legal costs FreeCDR incurs as a result of your upload. FreeCDR is a hosting platform for designer-submitted content and is not responsible for verifying the originality of what you upload.

3. License to FreeCDR
By uploading, you grant FreeCDR a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your templates on the platform for users to view and download, in line with the pricing (free/paid) you set at upload.

4. Prohibited Content
You will not upload illegal, offensive, obscene, or misleading content, or anything that infringes on a third party's intellectual property or rights.

5. Review & Removal
All submissions are subject to admin review and may be approved, rejected, or removed at any time — including after being published — if found to violate these terms or upon a valid third-party rights complaint, without prior notice.

6. Designer Credit & Contact
Your name and (optionally) portfolio link and contact details may be shown publicly on product pages as the designer of a template. Customers may contact you directly through the platform's Contact Designer feature — you agree to communicate professionally and are solely responsible for any dealings, agreements, or transactions you enter into with customers who contact you.

7. Payments
FreeCDR currently does not collect payout/bank details and does not guarantee any monetary payment, commission, or revenue share for uploads at this time. Any future paid/commission model will be introduced separately and will require your explicit consent to updated terms before it applies to you.

8. No Warranty & Limited Liability
The Upload Portal is provided "as is." FreeCDR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between you and customers or third parties.

9. Account Action
FreeCDR may suspend, block, or terminate your designer account at its discretion for violations of these terms, including repeated rejected submissions, copyright complaints, or misuse of the Contact Designer feature.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Upload Portal after changes means you accept the revised terms.
