Paid Products
We do not offer any refunds on paid products, under any circumstances.
Technical Issues
If you are unable to download or access your purchased file due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Support will resend files at no additional charge upon verification of the technical problem.
Note: Requests for file resends due to technical issues must be made within 7 days of purchase. We are unable to process any requests made after this period.
