At FreeCDR.in, we offer both free and paid digital templates and design resources.

Free Products

Templates marked as free are provided at no cost. Since no payment is required, refunds are not applicable to free downloads.

Paid Products

All paid digital products (templates, designs, and other downloadable files) are delivered electronically upon successful payment. As these are digital goods accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer any refunds on paid products, under any circumstances.

Technical Issues

If you are unable to download or access your purchased file due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@freecdr.in with your order details. We will verify the issue and resend the file to you at no additional cost.

Please note that requests for file resends due to technical issues must be made within 7 days of purchase. We are unable to process any requests made after this period.
